I have a question. Does this product act in any way with self hypnosis? Can you will yourself to better sleep and will yourself to make this product work better?

In addtion to that question, does this work the same as a hypnotist in creating suggestions? I guess what I mean is after listening would you be more receptive to positive suggestions? Thank you.

I wish I could answer your question, but I haven't tried the product yet. However, I wonder if brainwave entertainment has anything to do with hypnosis. In hypnosis, we work with suggestions, but here we work with beats. I guess someone else will come up with a better answer to this one.
